This two month out coordination includes:
Event design, coordination, and production, including:
– Chartreuse Event Design which serves as the blueprint for your event
– Assistance with venue search and contract negotiation
– Custom budget spreadsheet
– Assistance with marriage license information
– Ongoing access to MJSE for professional advice and guidance with unlimited consultation via email and telephone
– Scheduling/attendance of floral design meetings and any follow up meetings
– Scheduling/attendance of meetings with vendors based on your needs: up to three meetings for each of the following categories
[photography, videography, custom invitations, lighting, musicians, custom cakes]
– Placement for any rental orders [chairs, linens, lounge furniture, cakes, etc.]
– Assistance with selection and wording of all stationery [invitations, escort cards, etc]
– Reviewing of proposals and terms of final contracts with referred vendors
– Coordinating the selection and delivery of gifts and welcome baskets
– Attendance at menu selection and details meeting with catering manager
– Reviewing and proofing of your Banquet Event Order [BEO]
– Contacting all service vendors for arrival times, review of contract particulars, venue’s procedures for unloading, setup, and teardown
– Confirmation of all vendor orders and quantities on rental items
– Distribution of client approved timeline to all vendors one week prior to event
– Coordination of ceremony rehearsal with officiant, bridal party, and family
– Communication with banquet staff regarding setup and compliance of floor plans
– Instructing ushers on proper seating and program distribution
– Setup of all personal items such as toasting glasses, programs, favors, etc
– Working with musicians on timeline for formalities [first dance, cake cutting, etc]
– Management of final payments and gratuities to vendors
– Two assistant(s) in addition to your MJSE Hostess on event day
