Their Hostess will assist with venue selection, complete event design, aid with the selection of service providers, supply unlimited professional advice, ensure exclusivity on the event day, & manage every detail of their celebration. Design, Production, & Coordination

-A detailed meeting to discuss event style & budget management
-Chartreuse Event Design which establishes color combinations, theme & design concept
-Scheduling & attendance of meetings with 2-3 Florists & any follow up meetings (referred florists by Mint Julep –provide a complimentary mock-up table centerpiece)
-Assistance with wording & design of save-the-date cards, invitations, & all stationary
-Assistance with the selection of favors/gift bags

-Securing event location and any necessary permits
-Invitation printing, mailing and handling of RSVPs
-Linen and Chair rental recommendations at any florist design meeting
-Vendor referrals best suited to your style & budget (photography, videography, lighting, custom cakes/baker, security, valet)
-Attendance at all necessary vendor meetings
-Securing event catering, music, and entertainment
-Researching hotel accommodations & group room blocks
-Placement of orders for any rental items (chairs, linens, draping, lounge furniture, dance floor, china, glassware, flatware, trees, props, etc.)

-Ongoing access to your Hostess for professional advice & guidance with unlimited consultation via email & phone
-Reviewing of proposals & terms of final contracts with referred service providers
-Attendance at menu selection/ banquet set-up meeting with catering manager
-Reviewing & proofing of BEO (Banquet Event Order) provided by catering manager
-Contacting service providers for arrival times & review of venue’s procedures for unloading, set-up & teardown
-Confirmation of all vendor orders & quantities on rental items
-Distribution of client approved timeline to all vendors 1 week prior to event date
-Communication with musicians on song selections & cueing of any scheduled entertainment
-Communication & management of banquet staff regarding set-ups & compliance of floor plans
-Attendance at sound check with musicians and/or DJ
-Assistance with set-up of escort cards, menus, favors, etc.
-Working with Band/DJ to establish timing scheduled activities (if any)
-Management of final payments & gratuities to vendors
-1 Assistant on event day (Additional assistant will be required for parties w/over 250 guests & for specific locations)
